Winter's Breath Whispers
Three Chestnuts Stand, A Tale Old, Masano's Time Stands Still
The snowflakes danced in the dimly lit alleyway, their delicate patterns swirling like wisps of smoke. The winter air was heavy with the scent of woodsmoke and damp earth. It was as if the very land itself was exhaling its last breath. In the midst of this eerie silence, three chestnuts stood like sentinels on the alley's edge. Their gnarled branches, twisted and tangled with age, seemed to hold secrets and stories of the past. The trees had seen generations come and go, their bark weathered to a soft, silvery grey.
