The Eternal Silence of Meissen
A Tale of Porcelain, Time, and the Whispering Walls
It was winter's chill when the storied city of Dresden lay shrouded in frost. The streets were deserted, save for the occasional snowman, built by children with giggles and scarves. Amidst this quiet, I chanced upon a small, intricately carved porcelain figure, nestled between the pages of a rusted tome. The Meissen porcelain, circa 1730, radiated an ethereal glow, as if the winter's magic itself had imbued the figurine with an otherworldly essence.
