At an obelisk the prince (in Roman costume) receives from the Dutch lion the command staff, on the right his wife and children, also in classical garb. The Dutch Virgin sits centrally in front of the monument. In the clouds Mercury, Prudence, Fame and Justice. On the left of the stairs are seven men who symbolize the provinces, in front of which the people supervise. On the right, Prussia chases away the last patriots and Pride, Envy and Avarice are defeated by a fierce man with lightning bolts (a Divine plague). In the center of the front are the coats of arms of the Prince and Princess of Orange. Below the performance a verse in twelve stanzas.
