The personification of Treves, the Bestand, sitting on a gun carriage with cannon converted into a triumphal cart, between the personifications of Discipline (Disciplina) and Prosperity (Prosperitas). In front is Father Jan Neyen, next to the cart are King James I of England and King Henry IV of France. Behind the cart the chained War (Bellum) and a group of soldiers. Under the wheels of the cart Misery (Calamitas) and Fornication (Licentia) are crushed. The cart pulled by a team of horses ridden by Archduke Albrecht and Isabella Clara Eugenia and led by Modesty (Modestia) and The Country's Love (Amor Patriae) arrives at two stages of the left of the free Netherlands (with Maurits and a member of the States). and on the right the Netherlands under the Archduke (with Philip III and Spinola). In the clouds, Mars leaves his chariot to embrace Venus.
