In the middle is Distinction of Good and Evil: a woman with a sieve and a harrow. On the right is the personification of Gossip. This seated woman with a double tongue and weathered clothing pulls a black sheet from her head. Under her feet lies a shawm and in her hands she has a poignaert or knife with which she can hurt others.
