On it a medallion with on the front the portrait of Marco Barbarigo. On the back the female personification of Venice, with doge's hat and scepter. She is held by the hand by a woman with a caduceus, possibly the personified Peace. The text reads: Felix Administratio. On the left on the pedestal is the personification of Deliberation or Council. It concerns a bearded man with a chain around his neck from which hangs a heart. In his right hand he holds a closed book and on that book sits an owl. Under his foot swims a dolphin. On the right of the pedestal is the female personification of Prudence. She wears a helmet wreathed with mulberry leaves. She looks into a mirror and holds an arrow and a book. A snake coils around her arm and at her feet lies a deer.
