Bobbin lace strip with curved edge, alternating a leaf twig and a circle between spokes, Black Bobbin lace strip, Cluny lace. The repeating pattern consists of a bow edge, with the bows also forming the scallops. In each arch there is alternating a branch with five leaves and a circle between spokes. The straps that form the bows are made in linen. The circles in it are made in net stroke and the leaves on the branches are made in form stroke. The motifs are connected by a braid ground. Along the underside there are three lobes on each arch, made with braids and finished with a few picots.
