Brisé range of ivory, embossed with flowers and tendrils, and provided with three oval medallions bearing the middle 'Sacred to Love', in relief f carved with flowers and tendrils, and provided with three oval medallions with 'Sacred to Love' in the middle. 30 Contiguous legs cut and worked on one side in relief with flowers and tendrils. Unlike other examples from this period, this range does not have a monogram in the central medallion but a spell. One can conclude from this (the language) that the fan was destined for the English market and was most likely shipped to Europe by the English trading company. A flower and leaf motif is arranged over the entire fan, which is interspersed with napkin work only in the border along the openings for the ribbon.
