The Dutch Virgin sits centrally in front of the monument. In the clouds Mercury, Prudence, Fame and Justice. On the left on the steps stand seven men who symbolize the provinces, in front of them the people who look on. On the right Prussia chases away the last patriots and Pride, Envy and Avarice are defeated by a wild man with lightning bolts (a divine plague). In the center at the front the coats of arms of the prince and princess of Orange. Below the representation a verse in twelve couplets.
