(60.3 x 28.6 x 12.1 cm), Sculpture-Wood, Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea remove Christ’s body from the cross. The carving, once part of an altarpiece, repeats a composition established by the Netherlandish painter Rogier van der Weyden.
