It is supported by an octagonal base, consisting of a plinth and moldings, the main one being fluted. The bowl has a rededing neck, with a garland lying upon the shoulder, at te front, and hanging down as festoons. The lid has the shape of an octangonal, curved pyramid roof, with a cross on top. Below, in front of it, is a circular medallon with the representation of the baptism of Christ, laterally framed by two cornucopias, and with two cherubim above it.
