Portico with four columns of Doric order, with a high attic; crouched figures flank an escutcheon on top. Two stories with great windows. Statues on an attic. Flights of stairs lead laterally at the front side to the platform. Fountains with water pouring from crouching lion flank their bottom parts. Obelisks rise at the landings. Two alternative suggestions are made for the elevation of the central section of the platform. More steps are suggested, leaving a panel in the center. One more fountain is shown at the left side.
