Below is a pedestal with steps, between crouching lions leading to it. Upon it stand four high gaines supporting the oblong frame of a landscape having the width fo the panel. The gaines are above half-figures with raised arms, and connected by festoons. In the central interval stands a female statue with fasces beside. In the lateral intervals are oval medallions with busts, with female half-figures as a crest. Above the frame are women in front and in the center of three arches formed by garlands, with scrolls and two standing winged putti on top.
