Upon a square base with the inscription TRIVNFVM APOLINE / MDCCLXXXXV rises a huge pedestal. It has a fluted base in front of which two women sit, either one with a cornucopia, and connected by a garland, representing two of the elements. The main part of the pedestal has moldings below and above. At the front is the sundial. Above is a circular base with the flying Horae, connected or in front of festoons. On top is Apollo in his quadriga.
