Design for a Triumphal Arch in Honor of the Polish General Skrzynecki, Josef Georg Kornhäusel, Austrian, 1782 - 1860, Brush and watercolor, pen and ink, graphite on blue paper, Horizontal format architectural design for a triumphal arch, an opening through which a group of captives, a figure of a Polish general, and troops are visible. In front of the lateral parts are pilaster strips, decorated below an entablature with wreaths between two eagles and above swords containing the letter 'S.' Trophies of arms are above the entablature. In the center of the main frieze is the name: SKRZINECKI. In an attic, laterally are two reliefs with battle scenes, and a tablet with a Polish inscription in the center.
