Double Cup, 1590–1600, Made in Nuremberg, Germany, German, Silver, partially gilded, with a silver medallion and a gold glass medallion, Overall: 16 9/16 x 5 3/8 in. (42.1 x 13.7 cm), Metalwork-Silver, Caspar Beutmüller the Elder, Caspar Beutmüller moved from Venice to Nuremberg in 1585, where he became a master goldsmith and a citizen of the city. He made this cup in about 1590-1600. He apparently kept it in his household until he sold and marked it three years before his death
