White satin coat with lilac-colored lining. White 'ombrette' (parasol) in hand. The man wears a dark olive-colored coat with a collar in the same color. White vest of cotton batiste (percale). Wide long pants of white Nankin. Round balloon hat(?) (top hat). According to the caption, these are morning costumes for September 1807.
