The scene resembles a terrace and is against a blue-green background in gouache. Four red-pink flowers and floral motifs in gold paint on either side. The colored copper engraving on the back of the magazine shows a man in a costume inspired by the Middle Ages, in his right hand he is holding the bridle of a white horse standing behind him, opposite him a woman who fills a jug with water with one hand and points to the man with the other, at the edge of the image: F.C. No. 608. The frame is made of tortoise-shell or horn, cut-away and has 18 contiguous legs.
