Foundation plaque for a temple dedicated to Hathor / Aphrodite at Cusae, Ptolemaic Period, Ptolemaic Dynasty, 222–204 B.C., From Egypt, Middle Egypt, Cusae (Qis), Glass, H. 5.3 cm (2 1/16 in.); W. 0.4 cm (3/16 in.); L. 10.6 cm (4 3/16 in.), This tablet and one or possibly two others in different materials are known from the dedication of a shrine to Aphrodite Urania, in Egyptian 'Hathor Who-is-in-Heaven,' at Cusae by Ptolemy IV.
