A large arch opens up into the outdoors. A fountain and other buildings are visible just beyond the arch. The interior of the loggia includes two large apses with half domes. The walls are lined with fluted columns and pilasters. Inside, at left, is a scene in which a hero in classical attire receives a wreath from Fortune and another gift from Architecture who is flanked by Painting and Sculpture in the apse at left. Attributes of Music, Science, Justice, Commerce, Seafaring, and three putti are shown before the apse. Fortune is accompanied on her clouds by putti; two carry a medallion with the monogram V S, and by Fame.
