The Count rides on a blindfolded donkey whose backside is a cow. The animal carries a saddlebag with the text 'pour les amis'. From the bag Bentick distributes bailiwicks, heemraadsposts, money and the like. Through his blindfold the donkey tramples the representatives of the various cities (the coats of arms of Rotterdam, Haarlem, Leiden etc. are under these figures). At the front right the claws are clipped from a chained Dutch Lion. On the right a gate with the coat of arms of The Hague with the inscription: T Slaapt Hier Al. On the left the allegorical figure Oproer knocks out the representations of Prosperity, Peace and Trade. In the background are wall paintings of the Trojan Horse and members of the English court kissing the bottom of William III. At the bottom of the print are Liberty and Trade weeping on a tomb with the inscription 'Hic Jacet edictum perpetuum 1672, vi & fraude'.
