Jewelery casket Jewelery Casket, Bijouterie box made of ebony, decorated with silver engraved plates on the side and front panels. The front can be folded down and hides three drawers. The inside is covered with light red silk. The inner part of the lid, also provided with a silver plate, can be slid to the right and conceals a space covered with red silk and green velvet. The outside of the lid has a mirror. Four gods are depicted on the silver plates. They personify the four seasons: Venus (spring), Ceres (summer), Bacchus (autumn) and Aeolus, ruler of the winds (Winter).
