Knot chest of gold-plated silver. Walls and lid open with flower and leaf work. The rectangular box has a convex, hinged lid and rests on four balustering legs. Profiled edges run along the top and bottom of the box, and along the bottom of the lid. The walls and the lid are cut open and then embossed with a decoration of flowers and leaves. There are two dancing putti on the lid. On their shoulders they carry a branch with a bunch of grapes. At the front there is a keyhole with a round hole on either side.
