The iron barrel is of the Armstrong front loader jacket type, with three grooves, alignment means are provided on the rear. Case and carriage are made of metal. The upper chaff has an elevating device with a gear and rack on both sides. The carriage has a braking device consisting of five iron plates, between which teeth run from the upper chaff, the brake is applied by means of a clamping device with a lever on the outside of the upper chaff. Hoists and breaking are missing.
