Moerdijk Railway Rehabilitation [Watersnood 1953] Feverish work is being done on the railroad between Dordrecht and the Moerdijk Bridge to Brabant. With trains, sand and bilge are brought in and on site near the Moerdijk Bridge, the sand is directly poured, so that the rails, which now have no support but simply hang, feel some ground again.
