Painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze blue, red, green, yellow, black and gold. Decorated in China on the belly in underglaze blue with four yin yang symbols; underneath, a blue band with cut-out leaf motifs and half flowers. The neck with the same band and a band with 'taotie' masks on napkin. In Europe on the belly decorated in enamel colors with birds on prune branches behind tied hedges; in between quails on the ground. The yin yang symbols are painted over with a flower rosette as part of the prune branch. On the base a band of floral scrolls.
