In front of the reclining frame are rails, which are trimmed with brown velvet and passement. Below the rules and along the edges of the canopy hang scalloped lampreys. The canopy has an entablature with a concave curved frieze and a cornice with volutes. The back has a carved centerpiece and toppiece with a seven-pointed crown.
