The front is covered with bleu poudré (powder blue) with a carved figure on the shelf, possibly a warring monk (Monk Hua), the rear of the edge with three bamboo branches. Marked on the bottom with a flower in a double circle. Damage to the edge. On the bottom an old label with: Royal Academy of Art, London / International Exhibition of Chinese Art, 1935-6 / Ser.
