The Council of the National Artillery Association crave permission to repeat their expressions of loyalty to Your Majesty and offer their thanks for the interest which Your Majesty has continuously displayed toward the Volunteer Force generally, and this Association in particular. They offer their humble congratulations to Your Majesty on the attainment of the Sixtieth year of your reign with most sincere wishes that you may be spared to your loyal people for many happy years to come.'
