Saucer with flowering plants on a black ground, Saucer of porcelain with rounded wall, painted in underglaze blue, on cookie blue, green, yellow, eggplant and black and on glaze green, eggplant and black. The front of the saucer is covered with a black glaze with within it a medallion with flowering plants in reserve around it (lotus, chrysanthemum, prunus and peony); the underside with four flower branches, the eggplant enamel scraped off the flower. Marked on the underside in underglaze blue with an artemisia leaf in a double circle. Three chips in the rim. Possibly decorated in Europe.
