On her chest the three St. Andrew's crosses. In her hands a palm branch as a symbol of victory, fame and peace and an olive branch as a symbol of peace. To her left Minerva, goddess of wisdom. On the right a female personification of Force, with Hercules' lion skin and a sword. Left and right four putti with attributes with a double meaning. On the left a putto with a horn of plenty as a symbol for prosperity and the element Earth. To the right of it a putto with Mercury's winged helmet and caduceus as a symbol for trade and the element of Air (the winged helmet). On the right a putto with a rudder as a symbol for good governance and the element of Water.
