In the water and chained to the shore are various personifications associated with war. There are two admirals standing on the bow of the ship. The flag at the top of the mast now reads Liberum Mare. In heaven, peoples of the world, including Native Americans, Africans and turbaned men, are blinded by the radiant light of naked Truth with a Bible.
