Soldier shaking gunpowder from his musket (no. 19), c. 1600, A soldier, full-length, to the right, shaking a musket (a certain type of firearm) with both hands, to get rid of any gunpowder that may have fallen outside the pan (the powder reservoir) (no. 19), c. 1600. In his left hand, in addition to the barrel of the musket, he holds a furket (musket fork) and a burning wick.
