Horizontal rectangle with slot on the top. Slightly scalloped along three sides. Against the lower edge are seven large, hilly medallions with a dotted diamond pattern, cut over by branches directed to the right. The latter show c-volutes and many branches with chamomile, cornflowers, and so on.
